Mr. Joel Koech Kimutai is the Chief Operations Officer at Geonet Technologies LTD. He is a BSc. Surveying and Photogrammetry holder from the University of Nairobi with over 15 years industry experience. He is the brain behind the excellent coordination of the proposed projects, defining the scope of work such as; Project budget estimates, overseeing all the processes and activities within the organization which includes but not limited to resource management, finance and strategic planning.
